     An anthology film of creepy stories, featuring vignettes strangely connected through a nightmare. A meager contractor visits a small cottage set against the English countryside where he meets a group of strangers… all of whom he’s met in a dream. Each stranger begins to recount a past experience delving into the paranormal; ranging from goofy ghosts to schizophrenic ventriloquists. Though deemed a classic of the genre, minimal chills are to be found. Entertaining enough, if the mood is right.
