     Nothing but Trouble
1991  PG-13  COMEDY  1h 34min
CAST— Chevy Chase, Dan Aykroyd, John Candy, Demi Moore
MUSIC— Michael Kamen  DIRECTOR— Dan Aykroyd

Watch your speed and your language as you travel through the tiny village of Valkenvania. For in this sleepy little hamlet resides Judge Alvin Valkenheiser, and he rules with an iron fist. If you so much as sneeze in this burg the punishment could be death. Dan Aykroyd plays Judge Alvin, an ancient sleaze with more than one foot in the grave, and when his grandson, Officer John Candy, apprehends speeders Chevy Chase and Demi Moore, he couldn’t be happier to mete out the maximum punishment. But when Chase and Moore escape into the Judge’s funhouse of terror they discover just how twisted he really is. What sounds like a B-grade horror movie is in actuality a comedy of horrors, complete with inbred mutant kinfolk Bobo and Lil Debbull. As dumb as a box of lard, and about as healthy. Razzie-winner for Worst Supporting Actor (Aykroyd).
OUR RATING— ** ½
