     In 2000 director Ang Lee surprised the world when he released this film, a high-flying, action-packed martial arts drama. A wizened warrior from an ancient clan returns home to discover that Jade Fox, the assassin who murdered his master, has returned after years of hiding. The warrior and the woman he loves set out to find the ever elusive Jade Fox; but this time there’s a new threat: Jade Fox has a young apprentice, and her skill may surpass even that of Jade Fox. Stunning action sequences and breath-taking vistas of the Chinese landscape enhance this film that should please fans of the genre and non-fans alike. Check it out.
