As Seen On Screen

As Seen on Screen offers readers a chance to see film reviews for the everyman, without all of the clutter and nonsense fed to the average filmgoer. Plain, straitforward, to the point. That's our goal. We offer a diverse catalogue of which to choose from, from silent comedies to modern superhero films. Final note: this is a family friendly blog. We only review films rated G through PG-13, plus the unrated films of yesteryear. So if this sounds like your cup of tea, pull up a crumpet and enjoy. Thanks for your support!

Often told, often retold, this version of the classic mystery is considered one of the best. Sherlock Holmes and partner in crime Dr. Watson comb through the English moors in search of logical answers to a two hundred year-old curse on the family of Baskerville. It seems that for generations a monstrous hound has stalked the resident master of Baskerville Hall; now young Henry Baskerville has inherited the manor and Holmes fears for the young lord’s safety. It’s Holmes and Watson to the rescue in another atmospheric chiller from the days of yesteryear.
